This past week has been all over the place for weather up in Boston. From beautiful 65 degrees and sunny to pouring rain. What better way to get a few more tests for my Throne Mesh. The mesh has continued to be consistent through my indoor games and I brought it to the field for an Alumni game and coaching practices. This past Wednesday was torrential down pours and the mesh held true in not bagging and threw just like the first day I strung it. As some players on the team threw inconsistently with soft mesh, 6D, and hard mesh because of the rain I continued to throw normal without having to adjust my stick or mechanics. With this in mind the head coach at SSU has chosen to put his trust in Throne Mesh and his players will be using it during the season. This product is the real deal!
Now, only one thing is missing here. Some of you may remember Marc Mesh when it first came out they sold it in a package as a kit of mesh, shooters and sidewall. The shooters were wax based as well. The only part of my stick that took sometime to dry was the shooters since they are just white traditional Jimalax shooters. So, I say Throne Mesh just needs wax shooting strings and then they will be the full package. I’ll be grabbing a few more pieces very soon! More pictures to come!
